Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Kismetify Pro subscriptions. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record, which manages billing, invoices, taxes, and refund execution on our behalf.
1. Free trial / free tier
Kismetify offers a free tier so you can try core features before paying. We encourage you to use it to decide whether Pro is right for you before subscribing.
2. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Polar customer portal.
- When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep access to Pro features until the end of the current paid billing period.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
We want you to be happy with Kismetify. You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge by contacting us at support@kismetify.cc with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally available for the most recent payment and at our reasonable discretion.
- Where you have statutory consumer rights (for example, a legal “right of withdrawal”), those rights apply in addition to this policy.
- We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles).
4. How to request
Email support@kismetify.cc with:
- the email address on your Kismetify account, and
- the approximate date of the charge.
We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Billing questions
For invoices, payment-method changes, or tax receipts, you can also use the Polar customer portal linked from your purchase confirmation email, or contact us and we’ll help.
